摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了苦瓜叶片中的常量及微量元素,结果表明经清水、乙醚和丙酮3种溶剂处理后,苦瓜叶片中的N a,K,Ca,M g,Sr,Ba,M n,Fe,Cu,Zn,P共11种元素的含量有一定的差异,乙醚提取液中元素Cu,Zn的含量偏多.
The constant and trace elements such as Na, K, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, P in bitter melon leaves abstracted with H2O, etherate and acetone were determined by ICP-AES. The results showed that the contents among these elements appeared difference, the contents of elements Cu and Zn were more than others.
