摘要
自1962年 Wilson 和 Ross 培育出 T 型不育系后,引起了许多国家对杂交小麦的研究。二十多年来,世界各国仍未找到 T 型不育系理想的恢复系,至今尚未达到大面积生产应用水平。恢复系存在的主要问题,一是恢复力不高,杂种结实差;二是恢复力不稳定,易受环境条件的影响;三是对不育系的恢复力有很大的选择性,为测配强优势组合带来障碍;四是杂种优势不强,农艺性状不理想。
Although wil(?)on and Ross first developed T.timopheevii cytoplasm sterility line in 1962,none of breeders over the world have discovered good restorer for recent more than twenty years.Therefore,hybrid wheat have not been used for product up to now.The problems of restorer were as follows:low degree of resto- ring and instability,low combining ability,poor agronomic characters itself,and low yield of the hybrid. We discovered new restorer 84- 5 of T.timopheevii cytoplasm sterility from composite hybrid between T.turgidum with five varieties of T.aestivum.Evaluation for this restorer have been conducted in several locations for four years.The results showed that degree of restoring in new restorer 84-5 and it's subline 9-50 is high and stable,that yield of hybrid and combining abilits are high,that agro- nomic characters itself are good.New way will be led for using hybrid wheat in product.
