摘要
办公自动化是企业信息化工作的重要步骤。本文从办公自动化(OA)软件系统的开发目的出发,同时结合中国广大单位和企业的办公特点,分析系统的功能需求并提出软硬件要求,体现OA系统的可行性和优越性。
Office Automation is import to intormatlon work in enterprise, This paper firstly presents the purpose of developing OA software system, then analyses the functions needed by this system and puts forward requirements for software and hardware catering to Chinese enterprises＇ working character, which presents feasibility and advantages of OA.
