摘要
记述了寄生于海洋鱼类黑鲷Sparus macrocephalus(Basilewsky)鳃上的宽海盘虫属Euryhaliotre-maKritsky&Boeger,2002一新种和寄生于金带笛鲷Lutjanus vaigiensis(Cuoy&Gaim ard)鳃上的约氏宽海盘虫Euryhaliotrema johniiKritsky&Boeger,2002。广州宽海盘虫,新种Euryhaliotrema guang-zhouensissp.nov.的腹联结片和交接管的形状与Eruyhaliotrema potam ocetemaKritsky&Boeger,2002,E.paralonchuviKritsky&Boeger,2002和E.atlanticaKritsky&Boeger,2002相似,交接管呈螺旋形,均环绕两圈半,但它们的支持器形状差异较大,且背中央大钩和联结片的形状和量度都不同。
Two species (including a new one) in Euryhaliotrema Kritsky & Boeger, 2002 are described. Type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, College of Biology & Chemistry Engineering, Guangzhou University. The measurement is described in μm. 1.Euryhaliotrema guangzhouensis sp.nov.(Fig.1) Host Sparus macrocephalus (Basilewsky) Location Gills. Locatity Guangzhou(23.2°N, 113°E), Guangdong Province. Date Aug., 2004. Type specimens Holotype Gz 20040801, paratype Gz 20040802-06. Body of medium and small size, (299-445)×(52-120) (n=6). Pharynx (18-26)×(18-21) (n =6) in size. Opisthohapter (39-81)×(50-104) (n=6) in size. Marginal hooklets 16-18 (n =6) in length. Dorsal central hamuli 28-36 (n=6) in total length, basal portion 22-26 (n=6), point 13-17 (n=6). Ventral central hamuli 29-34 (n=6) in total length, basal portion 21-27 (n=6), point 13-16 (n=6), inner root 8-13 (n=6). Dorsal connective bar (26-44)×3(n=6) in size; Ventral connective bar (29-62)×3(n=6). Testis long ellipse, (65-78)×(40-44) (n=2) in size. Copulatory tube, 83-112 (n=6) in length, on the basal portion of copulatory tube with a bulbous base, (8-16)×(9-10) (n=6) in size. Supporting apparatus branching-shaped, curved portion (22-29)×(4-5) (n=6), another branch (9-13)×(3-5) (n=6) in size. Ovate ovary,(52-60)×(35-40) (n=2) in size. Remarks The morphology of ventral central hamuli and copulatory tube in the new species is similar to that of E. potamocetema Kritsky & Boeger, 2002, E. paralonchuni Kritsky & Boeger, 2002, E. atlantica Kritsky & Boeger, 2002. Copulatory tube, a coil with about two and a half counterclockwise rings, differs from the known species in the morphology of supporting apparatus, dorsal central humali and connective bar. 2. Euryhaliotrema johnii (Tripathi, 1959) Kritsky & Boeger, 2002 (Fig.3) Host Lutjanus vaigiensis (Cuoy & Gaimard) Location Gills. Locatity Guangzhou (23.2°N, 113°E), Guangdong Province. Date Aug. ,2004. Body of medium and large size, (640-884)×(148-221) (n=10). Pharynx (34-47)×(34-52) (n=10) in size. Opisthohapter (94-174) (n=10) in width. Marginal hooklets (12-16) (n=10) long. Dorsal central hamuli 34-40 (n=10) in total length, basal portion 25-33 (n=10) point 11-20 (n=10), inner root 9-14 (n=10), outer root 2-5 (n=10). Ventral central hamuli 34-43 (n=10) in total length, basal portion 31-39 (n=10), point 15-20 (n=10), inner root 10-16 (n=10) , outer root 5-9 (n=10). Dorsal connective bar (57-78)×(5-8) (n=10) in size; Ventral connective bar (39-65)×(7-11) (n=10). Testis ellipse-shaped, (91-97)×(59-71) (n=2) in size. Copulatory tube meandering, 49-62 (n=10) long, on the basal portion of copulatory tube with a bulbous base, (9-13)×(8-12) (n=10) in size. Supporting apparatus piece-shaped, curved, (16-26)×(4-8) (n=10) in size. Ovate ovary, (58-66)×(49-55) (n=2) in size.
