摘要
为了降低煤电对环境造成的污染,电力工业非常重视IGCC等洁净煤发电技术的发展。本文总结了IGCC控制污染物排放的特点和优势,详细讨论了IGCC控制污染物排放的途径和措施,并与常规电站的控制措施进行了比较。通过对IGCC污染物排放指标的分析和对IGCC环保效益进行估算,表明IGCC能有效控制污染物排放,各种污染物排放量都远远低于国际上先进的环保标准,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to reducing the environment pollution caused by coal-fired power plant , the development of clean coal power generation technolgy（sueh as IGCC） is attached importance to by the electric power industry. The characteristics and advantage of IGCC on controlling pollutants emission is summarized in the paper. The processes and measures about controlling pollutants emission of IGCC are discussed in detail, and the differences between IGCC and conventional PC on those are compared. The indexes of pollutants emission of IGCC are analyzed and the benefit on environment protection of IGCC is estimated in the paper. The results indicate that the pollutants emission can be controlled effectively in IGCC power station and the indexes of pollutants emission are much lower than the advanced envioronment protection criterion in the world. The products can also be saled in the market. IGCC has favourable economic benefit and social benefit.
