摘要
目的观察左归丸、右归丸对老年大鼠海马、杏仁核氨基酸类神经递质Asp、Glu、Gly、GABA含量变化的影响,探讨老年机体神经元的神经递质的变化,以及左归丸、右归丸延缓老年大鼠神经内分泌调控退化的作用机制。方法以自然衰老大鼠为动物模型,随机分为青年对照组、老年对照组、老年左归丸组、老年右归丸组。采用HPLC荧光法,检测各组大鼠海马、杏仁核Asp、Glu、Gly、GABA含量变化。结果与青年对照组相比,老年对照组大鼠海马、杏仁核Asp、Glu、Gly、GABA含量有不同程度升高,而与老年对照组相比,两用药组含量有不同程度降低。结论左归丸、右归丸通过纠正老年大鼠海马和杏仁核脑区氨基酸类神经递质的紊乱状态,使兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸这两大类递质最终趋向平衡,从而有助于改善大脑边缘系统,延缓机体衰老。
Objective: To observe effects of ZuoguiWan and YouguiWan on content changes of neurotransmitter amino acids in hippocampus and amygdaloid nucleus in senile rats in terms of Asp, Glu, Gly and GABA; and to investigate the changes of neurotransmitters in neuron of senile constitution and the active mechanism of ZuoguiWan and YouguiWan on retarding the retrogression of neuroendocrine regulation and control in senile rats. Method: To take naturally ageing rats as animal model and divided them into four groups randomly in terms ofyouth control group, senile control group, senile ZuoguiWan group and senile YouguiWan group. Content changes of Asp, Giu, Gly and GABA in hippocampus and amygdaloid nucleus of rats in different groups were checked and measured by HPLC-fluorescence method. Result: Compared with the youth control group, contents of Asp, Giu, Gly and GABA in hippocampus and amygdaloid nucleus of rats in senile control group were higner in various degrees. But compared with senile control group, the contents in the two groups treated with TCM were reduced in various degrees. Conclusion: ZuoguiWan and YouguiWan can balance two broad kinds of stimulating and inhibitive neurotransmitter amino acids through correcting neurotransmitter amino acids in disorder in hippocampus and amygdaloid nucleus in senile rats. Therefore it is helpful to ameliorate cerebral limbic system and delay aging.
