摘要 对学生的教育是一个有机的动态发展系统,要做到系统的良性可持续发展,既要规范常规课堂教学的师生互动,又要加强对学生认知过程、家校互动和亲子互动等子系统的监测与指导,尤其要强调教学过程每一环节中参与者角色的存在,明确和规范参与者的角色行为,以保证参与者角色行为的有效性和系统发展的有序可控性. Teaching students is an organic dynamic system. In order to keep the continuable development of the system, we should not only conform the mutual activity between the teachers and the students in class, but also strengthen the systematic inspection and instruction about the cognitive course of the students, the communication between the parents and school, and that of between lhe parents and their children. Especially pay more attention to each of the participants, like the teachers, the students, and the parents during every part of the teaching courses. This essay tells every participant what they should do clearly to make sure that role behavior would be more effective and controllable.
