摘要
研究了从秦岭山区中筛选得到的一株放线菌(编号为No.24),对其产生的次生代谢产物的抑菌活性进行了测定。生测结果表明,离体条件下,发酵液对农业常见的病原真菌均有较强的抑制作用,对苹果轮纹病菌和小麦根腐病菌的菌丝生长抑制作用最强,其EC50分别是146.87 mg.L-1和164.09 mg.L-1;对玉米大斑病菌和马铃薯干腐病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用较强,其EC50分别为129.33 mg.L-1和184.99 mg.L-1。盆栽试验在浓度为6 000 mg.L-1时对小麦白粉病的保护和治疗作用分别为76.1%和70.7%,对番茄灰霉病的保护和治疗作用分别为66.9%和61.1%。田间药效试验结果表明,No.24菌株发酵液可以有效控制番茄灰霉病和小麦白粉病的进一步蔓延。
The bioassay results of the fermentation product of No. 24 strain actinomycete isolated from the soil of Qinling mountain areas are reported. The results show that the fermentation product had a strong inhibition on various fungi by means of mycelium growth rate, the EC50 value against Macrophom kawatsukai and Bipolaris sorokiniana was 146.87mg·L^-1 and 164.09 mg·L^-1. By means of spore germination test, the EC50 value against Exserohilum turcicum and Fusarium axysporium was 129.33 mg·L^-1. and 184.99 mg·L^-1 , The results of pot tests show that the fermentation product exhibited 76.1% of protective efficacy and 70.7 % of therapeutic efficacy against Pseudoperonospora cubensis, 66.9 % of protective efficacy and 61.1% of therapeutic efficacy against Botrytis cintrea at the concentration of 6 000 mg·L^-1. The field trails results indicate that the fermentation product of No. 24 had a certain control effect against Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Botrytis cintrea.
