摘要
结合传统超声波加工和超声旋转加工的特点,提出了一种适合于对硬脆材料进行大面积加工的新方法:辅以工具旋转的超声波加工,并推导了其材料去除模型。
This paper provides a new ultrasonic machining method which combines the characteristics of traditional ultrasonic machining and rotary ultrasonic machining. This method is suited to machine brittle and hard material with large area and is called ultrasonic machining aided with tool rotary. The material removal model is also developed.
