摘要
随着房地产业高速发展,房地产企业财务风险也不断积聚。文章对房地产企业财务风险成因进行分析,针对房地产企业财务风险的产生环节,提出风险防范措施并化解财务风险;同时,基于Z计分模型进行实证研究,阐明了较有普遍意义的财务风险预警模式。
With the rapid development of real estate in China, the financial risks of real estate enterprises are accumulating. Having analyzed the causes for these financial risks, this paper puts forward some precaution measures to eliminate the risks. Meanwhile, on the basis of Z Calculating Model, a study on the subject is provided and a normal mode of financial risk warning is proposed.
