通过分析昌宁县蔗糖产业面临的困难,认清当前蔗糖产业的严峻形势,消除思想上的模糊认识和动摇情绪,提出今后3年时间内该县蔗糖产业的指导思想和相应的对策措施。
After the analysis of the difficulty in the sugar industry of Chunlin county, the problems in the sugar production was revealed and the countermeasure to boost its development was suggested.
