介绍当今世界特殊钢发展的态势及新动向,论述中国特殊钢的发展前景及面临的挑战,探讨了用户对特钢材料提出的新要求及传统特钢材料新的进展和新动向。最后,提出宝钢特钢的可持续发展的基本对策。
The new trend of development of the special steel in the world, and the prospects and challenge of the special steel in China were described. The new requirement for customers and the development for the traditional special steel material were discussed also. At last, the basic policy about the sustainable development of the special steel in Baosteel was put forward.
