摘要
本文详细讨论了用MonteCarlo方法模拟ICP-AES中的电离和激发过程,结果表明本方法可定量评价各反应过程对分析物电离激发过程的贡献,从而可确定不同条件下ICP中分析元素电离激发机理。
The basic theory and considerations of Monte Carlo technique for simulation ofionization and excitation processes in ICP-AES were discussed. The effect of a number ofionization and excitation processes on the distribution of excited and ionized element underdifferent operating conditions can be evaluated easily with Monte Carlo technique.
