摘要
特色产业集群竞争力主要体现在与其他集群争夺资源和控制市场的能力、特定的资源与制度背景两方面。本文运用特色产业集群竞争力评价模型得出如下结论:只有同时具备强大的市场控制能力、持续不断的技术创新能力、丰富的组织资源和良好的制度背景的特色产业集群才能在竞争激烈的市场中生存、发展、壮大。
The competitiveness of characteristic industrial cluster lies in two aspects. One is the ability to scramble for resources （markets） and control markets . The other is special resources and system background. Using an evaluation model on competitiveness of characteristic industrial cluster, this article puts forward the conclusion that only with the powerful ability of controlling markets, sustained ability of making innovations of technique, plentiful resources of organization and fine system background, can characteristic industrial cluster subsist in the fiercely rival markets, expand and develop.
