摘要
目的:探讨低位切开高位引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的疗效.方法:全部病例采用齿线处内口以下部位完全切开、内口以上部位脓腔旷置用胶管引流,保留肛管直肠环.术后每日换药时通过乳胶管冲洗脓腔,1周后撤除乳胶管,改为常规换药直至愈合.结果:165例患者全部治愈.术后6个月～18个月随访136例,无复发,无肛门闭合不良及肛门失禁等后遗症.结论:该术式保留肛管直肠环,不损伤肛门功能,术后痛苦小,不复发,优于传统挂线疗法.
Objectlve：To discuss the effect of high perianal abscess therapy by low resection and high drainage method.Methods：Total resection at lower dentate line and deep abscess incision with rubber tube drainage were done among all patients.Anal sphincters and anorectic ring were reserved.Deep abscess was washed through rubber tube everyday during dressing change postoperatively.Drainage was replaced by routine dressing change after one week.Results：165 patients were recovered.There were no complications e.g.anus unhealthy closed and anus incontinence in 136 follow-up patients.Conclusion：The advantage of this surgical method is to reserve anal sphincters and anorectic ring without damaging the anal function,which is better than the traditional method.
