摘要
文章从哲学的角度探讨土地评价的内涵,从土地系统的复杂性和土地评价的系统方法两个方面讨论土地评价的系统观,从土地系统的动态特征和空间特性出发讨论土地评价的时空观,提出了相应的土地评价方法论。
This paper studies the essence of land evaluation from a philosophical perspective. Systematical evaluation concept is elaborated from the complexity of land system and evaluation methods, and the temporal-spatial concept in landevaluation is discussed from the dynamic and spatial features of land system. The paper also proposes the methodology of land evaluation.
