摘要
目前已开发的第二代煤气化技术,有些方法尚需进一步改进和提高,才能满足大型煤气化项目直接气化坑口煤炭的要求。用气流床气化法与Lurgi炉优化组合,可以取得提高气化效率、克服污染、简化流程、降低消耗、提高能力、节省投资等效果,是目前发展大型洁净煤利用项目较为现实和合理的选择。
Some technical approaches in terms of second-generation gasification technology developed up to the present, need to be further improved to meet the requirement of directly gasifying pithead coal in large quantities. Optimized combination of entrained flow gasification technology with Lurgi gasifiers can enhance gasification efficiency,overcome pollution problems, simplify the process, lower the consumption, increase the capacity and save investment, which is a practical and reasonable option for the development of large-scale clean coal utilization projects.
