摘要
目的:开展医疗特殊项目军地费用对比研究,及时、有效调整卫生经济政策,确保军地伤病员“同病同治”。方法:收集某军队三级甲等医院2000-2003年度三类医疗特殊项目军地患者的费用信息,应用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果和结论:三类医疗特殊项目中,军地患者人均住院日、人均药品费、人均治疗费对比具有统计学意义。对此应不断加强军队卫生资源的整合和优化,努力提高军队人员的医疗质量和救治水平;提倡优质、高效、量入为出的消费理念。
Objective： Study on contrast on military and local charge on special medical items, adjust policy of health economy timely and effectively to guarantee the fair treatment between army men and people. Methods： Collect data of military and local charge on special medical items from 2000 to 2003 in some Three As hospital, analyze data with Excel. Result and Conclusion： Among three items, there are significance on mean in-hospital days, mean medicinal charge and mean curative charge. Therefore, we should enforce integration and optimization of military health resources, improve the quality of medical services and call for idea of high quality, high efficiency and making both ends meet.
