摘要特发性成人肝内胆管缺失症(idiopathic adulthood ductopenia,IAD)是一种病因不明、以肝内小叶间胆管缺乏为病理学特征的慢性胆汁淤积性肝病.现将北京友谊医院收治的1例IAD患者报道如下.
