摘要
目的:了解以过氧化氢为主要杀菌成分的除菌洗手液的杀菌效果、稳定性和毒性。方法:进行了载体浸泡定量杀菌试验和毒性试验。结果:该除菌洗手液过氧化氢含量为7.26g/L,pH值为6.04。原液作用2min对染于白平纹布片上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率分别为93.47%、97.99%、92.48%,37℃±1℃恒温培养箱存放3个月,过氧化氢含量下降率为6.77%;毒性试验结果表明,该洗手液属实际无毒级,对皮肤有轻刺激性,小鼠骨髓微核试验为阴性。结论:该洗手液杀菌效果与稳定性较好,对皮肤有轻刺激性,无致微核作用。
Objective： To know the germicidal efficacy, stability and toxicity of a hydrogen peroxide hand antiseptic-washing agent.Methods： Carrier quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were carried out.Results： The hand antiseptic-washing agent contained hydrogen peroxide 7.26 g/L and its pH value was 6.04. The results showed that the hand antiseptic - washing agent containing available hydrogen peroxide 7.26 g/L with 2 min contact killed 93.47% of Escheriehia coli, 97.99% of staphylococcus aureus and 92.48% of candida albieaus on cloth carrier, respectively. Its hydrogen peroxide content decreased by 6.77% after storing at 37 ℃ for 3 months. The toxicological tests showed that the hand antiseptic-washing agent was an actual non-toxic agent and it was a little irritative to sldn.The results of mouse bone marrow micronulleus test was negative. Conclusion： Results indicate that the hydrogen peroxide hand antiseptic-washing agent has good germicidal efficacy and no toxicity and is stable and convenient for use.
