摘要
推导了改进的余弦形超声变幅杆的频率方程、各参数的计算公式以及等效四端网络传输矩阵参量,并与其它类型的变幅杆进行比较.结果表明,余弦形变幅杆具有和指数形变幅杆相同的放大系数和频率方程,同样可作为单一变幅杆使用.
An improved ultrasonic horn of the cosine type is studied. The frequency equation, formulae for calculating the performance parameters and the four-terminal network parameters are given. The results show that this kind of ultrasonic horn has the same amplitude amplification coefficient and frequency equation as the exponent type, so it can be used as a single ultrasonic horn.
