摘要
从法理上分析了公与私的矛盾是一切现代社会生产方式共有的内在矛盾,并指明腐败是公共权力的所有权与行使权相分离的产物,是权利关系的各个主体之间的目的的矛盾和选择,是扭曲或被破坏了的现代社会权利关系,是一种权力犯罪。
The paper,from the perspective of jurisprudence,points out that the contradiction between individuals and public is the inner contradiction in all modern production modes and corruption is the product of the separation of ownership and exercising power from public power,opposition of different subjects＇ purposes and choices in right relationship,twisted right relationship.
