摘要
现代社会保障制度产生于19世纪80年代的德国,至今现代社会保障制度已在许多国家广泛建立。日本的现代社会保障制度在二战后开始大规模地建立,经过四五十年的发展,已趋于完善。影响日本现代社会保障制度发展的因素很多,归纳起来仍可从政治、经济、文化几方面来加以分析。
Modem social security emerged in Germany during 1890s. Today, modem social security has been established extensively in many country . The modem social security of Japan has been established and developed massively since the end of the Second World War. After forty and fifty years, today it tends to become perfect. The factors which effect the development of Japanese modem social security are various. To sumup, we can analyses them from politics, economy and culture.
