摘要
分析了影响速率积分陀螺漂移误差的主要因素,通过对比试验提出了减小各种干扰力矩的措施:改变游丝形状、选用精密的轴承、减轻浮子重量、改进信号器和平衡夹具、磁钢进行稳磁处理等,使陀螺的漂移误差减小。对这些措施的实施,验证了方法的有效性。
The paper analyses these main factors that influence on the drift error of rate integrating gyro, and provides the solutions for decrease interfere torques by comparison experiment. The solutions are modifying shape of hairspring, choice precision bearing, decreasing weight of floater, improving angle sensor and balance tool, stabilization magnet performance and so on, in order to decrease the drift error of gyro. The proposed solutions show in application very effective.
