中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发真菌感染疗效观察 被引量：6

Observation of Curative Effect on Secondary Mycotic Infection Due to Chronic Obstructive Disease of Lung Treated with Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)继发真菌感染的疗效。方法:将65例慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发真菌感染患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例采用中西医结合疗法治疗,对照组31例单纯使用西医治疗,均于治疗10天后判定疗效及症状改善情况。结果:治疗组疗效及症状改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发真菌感染有良好的效果。
