摘要
[目的]研制泻青丸,用于小儿急热惊风、羊痫风的治疗。[方法]采用薄层层析法对制剂中青黛、大黄进行进行鉴别。[结果]在薄层色谱中能检验出青黛、大黄。[结论]泻青丸工艺简单,设计合理,质控方法简便,稳定性好。
[Objective] To research and manufacture the XieQing pill and treat the acute and hot of inflantile convulsion and epilepsy in children. [Methods] To identify the natural indigo and rhubarb from the preparation by thin layer chromatography（TLC） method. [Results] The natural indigo and rhubarb can be determined in the thin layer chromatography. [Conclusion] The XieQing pill owned simple technology, reasonable design, convenient quality control method and good stability. The XieQing pill was and effective preparation that may cure the acute and hot of inflantile convulsion and epilepsy in children.
