摘要
研究目的:基于经济增长的规划编制思路,对未来中国产业用地规划结构进行预测,为相应层次的土地利用总体规划提供参考依据。研究方法:定量分析法、实证分析法和“用地-产业”分析法。研究结果:运用新建基于产业的产业用地分类,预测了未来中国产业用地规划结构。研究结论:(1)产业用地与产业产值之间存在高度相关性和同步增减性;(2)产业用地结构随着产业产值结构变化和经济增长方式转变而变化;(3)针对经济增长中产业用地结构和土地利用规划编制思路提出政策建议。
xThe paper is intended to forecast the future industrial land structure and to provide reference for corresponding land use planning based on the idea of economical growth. Method of quantitative, demonstrative and “land- industry” analysis was applied. The future land use structure was forecasted on the basis of industrial land classification. There exists high correlation between industrial land and its output. The industrial land structure changes suggestions on the along with the change of output structure and economic growth. Finally, the paper makes research of industrial land use structure and on the making of land use plans.
