摘要
对Al—Mg基合金中添加微量元素的微观结构进行分析,结果表明微量元素的添加能显著增强该合金的时效硬化和强化效果.这是由于微量元素在合金中形成的细小、弥散均匀的第二相质点及复合粒子对位错和亚晶界具有钉扎作用.同时这些粒子可以强烈抑制合金再结晶,并能有效改善合金综合性能.
The microstructural analysis on trace elements additions in Al-Mg alloys shows additions of trace elements can improve markedly its age hardening and reinforcement, which is caused by the pinning effect of highly dispersed fine second phase and compound particles on dislocation and subgrain boundary. These particles can strongly retard recrystallization and improve greatly integrative properties of the alloys.
