摘要 本文重点介绍了新型聚脲———聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲的化学原理、制备方法及应用领域,讨论了伯胺、马来酸酯、催化剂、异氰酸酯等对聚天门冬氨酸酯转化率、粘度、凝胶时间、物理性能等的影响。结果表明:聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲具有粘度低、凝胶时间可调等特点,可以采用刷涂、喷涂、滚涂等多种方式施工,具有优异的附着力、防腐性能、耐候性能及物理性能等。 A new class of polyurea-polyaspartic polyurea, and its chemistry, property and application fields was described. The influence to the property especially conversion ratio, gel time, physical property was studied, which is generated by the primary, dialkyl maleates, the type of isocyanates. It shows polyaspartic ester-based polyurea are non-yellowing, exhibit good outdoor weathering, long pot-life, low viscosity and can be manual applied. The coating has excellent adhesion to unprimered substrate and good corrosion resistance.
