乳腺癌保乳手术治疗展望

The treatment progress of breast conservation gurgery for breast cancer

摘要 自Halsted创立乳腺癌的标准根治性手术近百年来,随着临床基础研究对乳腺癌生物学行为认识的加深,发现乳腺癌是全身性疾病.其外科治疗方法也经历了由小范围到大范围,再由大范围到小范围的演变过程.尤其在过去的20余年里,由于乳腺癌早期诊断技术的发展以及患者对术后生活质量的要求提高,乳腺癌的治疗观念和方法发生了极大的变化.
