Anti-feeding effect of the extracts from non-preferable plants on adults of the striped flea beetle [Phyllotreta striolata(F.)]

摘要 通过室内测定24种非嗜食植物提取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的非选择性及选择性拒食活性,结果表明: 繁缕、烟草乙醇提取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的非选择性拒食效果最好,其拒食率为81.37%~100.00%;而花椒、莴苣、葎草、烟草、烟碱、胜红蓟乙醇提取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的选择性拒食效果最好,其拒食率为81.28%~100.00%. The selective and non-selective anti-feeding effects of 24 extracts of non-preferable plants on the aduhs of Phyllotreta striolata (F.) were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that the non-selective anti-feeding effects of Stellaria media (L.) Cyr and Nicotiana tabacum were very strong within 72 hours after treatment. The anti-feeding rates of them were between 81.37% and 100.00 %, while the selective anti-feeding effects of Zanthoxylm bungeanum Maxim, Lactuca sativa, Humulus scandens ( Lour. ) Merr. , Nicotiana tabacum , nicotinamide and Ageratum con yzoides L. were very strong within 72 hours. The anti-feeding rates were between 81.28% and 100.00%.
