摘要
目的评价舒血宁注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法82例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。采用回顾总结病历资料的方法,将舒血宁注射液(治疗组)、复方丹参注射液(对照组)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和血液流变学检测结果进行对照研究。结果检测结果提示治疗组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数改善程度显著高于对照组。统计学分析表明治疗组血液高凝状态治疗后有显著降低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗后无明显改变。结论舒血宁注射液可以显著改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的血液流变学指标。
Objective Evaluate shuxuening injection＇s effect on hemorrheological indices of unstable angina pectoris patients.Method Eighty-two examples of stability-mode angina pectoris patients were stochastically divided into treated group and control group, each group of 34 masculine examples, 7 feminine examples. Treated group＇s age and course of illness respectively were （52±6） years old,（ 1.7±1.4）years;of the control group the age and the course of illness respectively were（52±6）years old,（1.6±1.5） years. A retrospective study of case history was made to compare the curative effect of shuxuening and compound salvia miltiorrhiza on unstable angina,as well as their results of hemorrheological exams. Result Treated group got a markedly higher level of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,whole blood reduced viscosity,red cell aggregation index,and red cell rigidity index than control group did;statistical analysis showed treated group had made their hypereoaguable state obviously reduced （P〈0.05）,but control group had not done. Conclusion Shuxuening injection is able to remarkably improve hemorrheological indices for unstable angina patients.
