摘要
简单介绍了国外及港台澳餐厨垃圾的处理情况,分析了我国餐厨垃圾处理现状及利害,介绍了餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵、堆肥处理、饲料制造等处理方法,并对我国餐厨垃圾处理工作提出两点建议。
The overseas processing of food residue is introduced. The current situation of food residue processing in China is analyzed, and resources processing measures are suggested according to the characteristics of food residue, such as anaerobic fermentation, composting processing, feed manufacturing, etc.
