摘要
用改进的R.May方程(Xn′+1=rXn′(1-Xn′))研究了乙酰短杆菌(Brevibacteriumacetylicum)发酵过程中细菌浓度的变化.在R.May方程的基础上,引入r1和r2两个特征参数,以确定体系的混沌特征是否明显.结果表明,实验曲线的r1和r2的值约为3.7.此时,理论曲线和实验曲线吻合较好.由于实验曲线的r1和r2略大于混沌临界值3.55,说明细菌发酵过程中存在混沌.这表明在目前工艺条件下无法对Brevibacteriumacetylicum菌株发酵过程进行精确控制.
Based on the equation of X'n-1=rX'n(1-X'n), which was delivered by R. May. the study on concentration variety of fermentation of Brevibacterium acetylicum was carried out. We used two parameters r1 and r2 to control the curve, r1 and r2 was used to determine whether the system shows obvious characteristics of chaos. The results showed that r1 and r2 of experimental curves are about 3.7. At this time, experimental curves and theoretic curves fit well. r1 and r2 are little larger than 3.55 which determines whether the curve shows chaos, So the study proved that chaos exists in the bacteria fermentation. Thus, it is hard to accurately control the fermentation of Brevibacterium acetylicum with current methods.
