摘要 文章简要叙述了QCM(石英晶体微量天平)检测技术在航天器表面污染检测中的作用,主要体现在航天器表面、光学仪器和动力系统的污染检测,低地球轨道空间的原子氧检测,并且对QCM检测中使用的关键方法,热解重量分析法和温度效应进行分析。 Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) measurement technology applied to the surface environment contamination of spacecraft is discussed in this paper. The discussion includes the pollution examination in the spacecraft surface, the optical instrument and the dynamic system and AO detection in LEO space. Thermo-gravimetric analysis and temperature effect analysis, as the pivotal methods, are also discussed.
