摘要
目的选择合适的大孔树脂,优化工艺参数,分离、纯化金银花叶中的黄酮。方法比较吸附率和解析率,选出合适的大孔树脂HPD100。以产品得率、黄酮得率和黄酮含量为指标,考查最佳工艺条件。结果黄酮粗品拌料与大孔树脂质量比为1∶6,装入柱径与柱长比为1∶6的层析柱中,用2倍柱体积的蒸馏水冲洗,再用70%乙醇以最大流速洗脱,收集2~8倍柱体积的洗脱液,浓缩后得到黄酮产品,得率为4.4%,含量可达91.7%。结论所选工艺操作简单、方法可靠,并能得到高纯度的产品。
OBJECTIVE To choose the suitable macroreticular resin and study the best conditions of separation and purification of the flavonoids in Honeysuckle Leaves ( HL) . METHODS Choosing the suitable macromolecular column to separate,with product yield,flavonids yield,flavonids contents for evaluation system,the optimum conditions were studied.
