股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄转子间骨折30例分析

摘要 目的探讨使用股骨近端锁定钢板(LCP)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用股骨近端LCP治疗老年股骨转子间骨折30例,观察疗效。结果随访6～13(平均8.5)个月;骨折愈合时间3～6(平均3.6)个月。髋关节Harris评分优(≥90分)25例,良(80～89分)5例,髋关节功能恢复优良率为100%。结论股骨近端LCP内固定具有操作简单,创伤小、出血少、手术时间短、固定可靠、骨折愈合率高等优点,具有良好的临床应用价值。
