摘要
目的分析评价我院2007年1月至2009年12月收到的药品不良反应(ADR)报告468例,为提高ADR监测水平和临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分类统计,对468例报告就年龄与性别分布、给药途径、药品分类和累及器官系统进行统计评价。结果 468例ADR涉及127个药品品种,抗感染药引起ADR 215例,占45.55%;皮肤损害最多,有245例,占51.90%;新的和严重的ADR 28例,占5.98%。结论 ADR的发生率与患者的年龄、用药途径、临床用药频率密切相关,应加强严重ADR的监测工作。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the information of Adverse Drug Reactions(ADR) in 468 cases gathered by our hospital from Jan 2007to Dec 2009,improving level of monitoring Adverse Drug Reactions and offering references for reasonable application of drug.Methods According to the distribution of age and sex 、Approach of using drug、categories of drug、Apparatus and System involved in ADR、Ways and means of dealing with symptom induced by ADR,complexions of adverse drug reactions were analyzed and appraised retrospectively.Results 468 ADR cases relate to 127 species of drugs,215 cases induced by antibiotics and proportion 45.55%;the most was 245 cases of damage in skin proportion 51.91%;new and severe ADR 28 cases and proportion 5.77%.Conclusion Occurrence rate of ADR relates to the distribution of patient age 、Approach and Frequency of using drug nearly,Should strengthen and improve monitoring severe ADR.
