摘要 脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMB)是脑内微小血管病变所致、以微量出血为主要特点的一种脑实质亚临床损害。由于临床症状和体征不明显,常规MRI扫描不敏感,因此以往很少在人脑中检出。随着神经影像学技术的发展,梯度回波(Gradient echo,GRE)
