摘要
本文介绍了纵向研究重复测量资料应用广义估计方程(GEE)的分析方法,并由此可得出回归参数的一致性估计值。文中应用 GEE 法对多次随访的临床试验资料实例进行分析。
This paper introduces the analysis of longitudinal data us- ing a class of generalized estimating equations (GEEs) that give consistent estimates of the regression parameters.An ex- ample of the use of GEE appproach with longitudinal data from the study of follow-up in Stanish's Clinical trial is illus- trated.
