摘要
西北五省区老年人脑中风流行病学调查，限定在１９８６年人群中逐户家访共调查１７个点５５７０３人，查出中风８９６例，发病粗率为６９９．５／１０万／年，时点患病率为１６０８．５３／１０万，死亡率为４９２．１８／１０万／年，后二者城市显著高于乡村。
This paper reports the prevalence rate of senior stroke in northwestern China in 1986. 55703 people from 17 areas were involved in the investigation,stroke was found in 896. The crude incidence rare was 699.5 per 100,000 people. The prevalence rate was 1608.18 per 100,000 people. The mortality rate was 492 per 100,000 people. The last two prevalence were greatly higher in city than in rural area.
