摘要
以氨苯砜治疗麻风已近半个世纪,其疗效是肯定的;它也是WHO—MDT的用药之一。少数病人对氨苯砜过敏,有时会给治疗带来极大的困惑,必须设法予以脱敏。我们曾经历过5例这样的病人,其中男3,女2,年龄25～45岁,细菌指数3.5～5.33,病期6～23年;LL 3例,BL 2例,曾住院治疗5～20个月。4例过敏反应发生在用药后的4～6周,1例在8周后;3例表现为寻常型药疹,皮肤有弥漫性红斑和斑丘疹,痒。
Out of five MB leprosy patients with hypersensitivity to DDS, two cases had exfoliative dermatitis. Desensitization has been successful in them by using sulphetrone, from 3 ml of 0. 1 % solultion gradually increasing to four gram (in tablet) in eight to 1 2 months and then five cases all were changed over to taking DDS.
