摘要
随着创伤生物力学研究的深入,要求人体撞击试验能在更宽广的速度范围内摹拟人体承受的冲击。为此我们研制了CZZ-Ⅱ型人体撞击试验机,本文介绍了该机的工作原理、结构特点和设计参数。它采用拉伸弹簧为动力,驱动小车沿导轨运动撞击试件,最大撞击速度达29m/s,撞击速度和撞击能量均可调,撞击精度和撞击重复性好。
ith the development of traumatic
biomechanics,impacts are required to be stimulated at abroad range of
speed. CZZ-Ⅱ impact test machine has been developed. The working
principlesstructural characteristics and device parameters are
presented in the paper.The impact vehicle isaccelerated along a tract
by stretched springs,The impact speed and energy are adjustable,
witha maximum speed of 29 m/s,Application of the machine shows a
satisfactory repeatility of impacsite and impact speed .
