摘要
本文通过整群抽样对太原市两所幼儿园全部三个班级481名幼儿进行了心理卫生问题调查。8.7%(42例)幼儿有较严重的心理卫生问题。总的看,心理卫生问题频率有性别,高低班级差异,男孩以社会行为问题为主,女孩以个性及情绪问题为主。家访发现儿童心理卫生问题频率与父母教育方式不当,母亲情绪不稳定,父母文化程度低,幼儿未入托儿所有关。跟班直接观察发现多数教师均未能正确对待幼儿心理卫生问题。
In the two kindergartens randomly sampled from Taiyuan City,all 481 children aged 3—5 yearswere scored by their teachers and nurses with a 43 items scale self-designed for mental health problems.Datashowed 8.7%(42/481)of those children were with some major mental health problems.In general,the problemfrequency varied with sex and grade:social behavior problem was predominantly in boys while personality andemotional ones were mainly found in girls.In the family interview,the development of mental health problemswere found to be closely correlated with the improper education methods of parents to their children,unstabletemperament of mother,low education of parents and less chance of attending nursery for children beforekindergartenhood.The direct observision in class showed that in most cases the teachers and nurses did not apply aproper approach to deal with the problemed children.
