摘要
将茎瘤芥“棒棒菜”(Brassicajunceavar.tumidacv″Bangbangcai″)下胚轴离休培养的再生芽,用120~40Gyγ射线照射后,在原培养基(MS+NAA0.2mg/l+BA2.0mg/l)上培养1周,转到加S-(2-氨乙基)-L-半胱氨酸(AEC)的原培养基中,经过连续7代选择,获得了抗AEC的变异体植株。其蛋氨酸和精氨酸含量分别为对照的1.84倍和3倍,赖氨酸比对照略有增加,总氨基酸含量为对照的1.45倍。
The regenerated shoots derived from stem tumour mustard cultivar ″Bangbangcai″,Brassica juncea var.tumida cv ″Bangbangcai″,were radiated by γ ray( ̄(60)Co)at 120 GY,80 Gy or 40 GY. After the radiated shoots were cultured in original medium, MS+ 0.2 mg/1 NAA+2.0mg/l BA, for 7 days,they were transfered to the medium supplemented with S-2-aminoethyl-cystein(AEC).Variant plants resistant to AEC were achieved through selection and culture for 7 generations in succession. Content (mg/100 g FW)of methionine,arginine is as much 1.8 and 3.0 times as that of the CK respectively. Total amino acids and lysin are also increased as compared with the CK.
