摘要
本文采用无创性检测方法，观察３１例轻症心肌炎患者的心功能变化。结果发现心舒功能的减退比心缩功能更明显。心舒期缓慢充盈波与快速充盈波时程比（ＳＦＷ／ＲＦＷ）显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），房缩波波辐增大、时程延长（Ｐ＜０．００１）；心缩期除左室射血时间（ＬＶＥＴ）缩短外（Ｐ＜０．０５），其余指标及泵功能均无显著改变，研究提示，应用无创性心功能检测方法，注意心舒功能的改变，可为轻症心肌炎的临床诊断和病情监护提供参考。
Cardiac function was examined in 31 patients with mild myocarditis by noninvasive techniques. The results showed that diastolic function was fallen significantly more than systolic function in patients with mild myocarditis. The ratio of slow filling phase to rapid filling phase was significantly increased(P<0.01) and atrial systolic wave significantly enhanced(P<0.001) during diastole. There was no marked change in indices of systolic and pump function, except for shortening of left ventricular ejection time(P<0.05).The results indicate that monitoring diastolic function with noninvasive technique is benificial to patients with mild myocarditis.
