摘要
本文综述了在寡糖、多糖结构分析中应用的各种甲基化方法及近年来有关的最新进展,并对它们各自的优、缺点进行了比较。
This review describes the various methods applied in the methylation process of oligo- and polysaccharides and the recent development in this area. The factors influencing methylation results and efficiency of each method were also discussed in this review.
