摘要
根据心电图和心电向量图基础理论和心脏解剖位置,设计与额面及水平面成45°角且互相垂直的两个斜面,每斜面有3条导联轴,并采用双极胸导联,从而构成双斜面六轴双极胸导联。38例心肌梗塞新导联ECG阳性者33例,敏感性86.84%,特异性80%。36例心绞痛新导联ECG阳性者24例,敏感性66.70%,特异性83.33%。新导联与常规12导联结合使用,不仅可增加心肌梗塞缺血检出率,而且对Q波型心肌梗塞范围评估也有帮助。
According to the basic theory of vectorcardiography and electrocardiography,2obligue planes perpendicular mutually are designed. The direction of each is at 45° between frontal andhorizontal plane. Each plane has 3 lead axes on it with bipolar chest leads. So the bipolar chest leadECC with hexaxial referrence figure on 2 obligue planes is formed.With the new technique,38 cases ofmyocardial infarction(MI )were investigated.of them 33 had positive results(sensitivity is 86.84%,specificity 80%).36 patients with angina pectoris were also investigated and 24 had ischemic appearanceon the ECG(sensitivity 66.67%,specificity 83.33%).Combining the new technigue of ECG with the12-lead ECG may increase the detection rate of MI and myocardial ischemia(ISA) and it is helpfuI todetermine the location of Q wave MI and the site of its area.
