摘要
传统的水库规划是将兴利和防洪分开，造成调节库容和防洪库容的重叠，为了解决这个问题，提出了水库防洪兴利时历年综合调节计算法．具体计算是在计算机上实现的，即先准备基本资料，然后确定基本计算参数，完成多年系列数据逐年按旬的调节计算，最后得出洪水调节等计算成果．以淮河流域燕山水库为例进行了调节计算，得出的常遇洪水水位比现行方法的低，比较符合实际情况．
In traditional reservoir planning, flood routing and beneficial purposes calculationare carried out separately, resulting in significant difference from actual condition. To deal with thisproblem, a new method is proposed in this article entitled as Comprehensive Calculation Method ofFlood Routing and Benefical Calculation For Reservoir Planning. lt recommends that the planningshould be carried out in this way: taking the reservoir as a whole, doing flood routing and beneficialpurpose calculation together, taking 1O days as calculating interval, utilizing a computer. The resultswill be more harmonious with actual conditions. In this article, Yanshan Reservoir has been taken asa sample to be calculated utilizing this method. The results indicates that the water levels of frequentfloods are lower, than utilizing the traditional method. The results are more harmonious with actualconditions.
