摘要
报告我国云南、河南、沈阳(猪)以及长春(犬)4个旋毛虫分离株,用10种限制性内切酶分析比较其基因组DNA酶切片断长度差异。结果表明:来自猪体与来自犬体的旋毛虫酶切图谱不同,显示宿主的不同比地理位置、气候条件差异在旋毛虫的分类上更有意义。
The restriction fragment length differences (RFLDs) of 4 domestic isolates of Trichinella spiralis from Yunnan, Henan, Shenyang, Changchun of China, were analysed. Trichinella spiralis of Yunnan, Henan, Shenyang were isolated from pig, while Trichinella spiralis of Changchun was isolated from dog. Total genomic DNA of muscle larve of each isolates was extracted with phonol/ethanol methods and digested separately with 10 restriction enzymes (BamHI,Dral,EcoRI,Hae Ⅲ, Hind Ⅲ, Hpa Ⅱ, Pst I, Pvu Ⅱ, Xba Ⅰ, Xho Ⅰ). All the DNA digested with enzymes were then carried on agarose gel electrophoresis for RFLDs analysis.The results shown that pattern differences were observed between isolates from pig and dog,and differences of host was useful more than differences of geography and climate in the taxonomy of Trichinella spiralis.
